Job summary

Ctrl+ is seeking an on-site Production Operations Engineer to support live production software used by DoD mission teams at Fort Meade, MD. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph; the company does not sponsor new clearances.

You will monitor production, diagnose disruptions, and work with dev and ops teams to improve reliability. In-person attendance is required within commuting distance.

Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (3 years with a Master’s, or 7 years without a degree).
Linux command-line tools
Bash scripting
Recent Python 3 development
MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Docker and containerd
GitLab CI and CI/CD practices
ELK Stack, Prometheus and Grafana
Kubernetes and Helm familiarity
RabbitMQ and Ansible familiarity
Git

Responsibilities
