Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store-based team. You’ll load, secure, and deliver merchandise, demonstrate features to customers, and assist in-store as needed while building relationships in the community.

This role emphasizes hands-on work in varied weather, physical activity, and adherence to safety standards. A valid driver’s license is required; DOT certification may apply. The company provides strong training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21+ (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license (not a CDL) and able to pass DOT requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle.
• Assist in store when needed.

Skills

Solid communication skills

Working knowledge of electronics
