Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is looking for a Data Center Technician to join our Charlotte, NC facilities. This full-time, on-site position supports critical infrastructure and daily IT operations in a world-class data center environment.

You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, monitor power, cooling, and security, and respond to incidents with effective troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Data center or IT infrastructure experience
• Server hardware and networking knowledge
• Reliable and professional with strong communication
• Proximity to local data center facilities
• Flexible schedule for on-call/emergency work

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
