Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills with Cat5e/6/6a and fiber.
• Experience with server hardware like Dell and HP.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments.
• Own transportation and work on-site.
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Data center certifications are preferred.
• Network certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with major colocation providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations and decommissions.
• Execute structured cabling for networks.
• Conduct server racking and stacking.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with NOC and client teams.
