Job summary

NPK International Inc. in Cheyenne, WY, is seeking an experienced on-site Lead for the Site Access division.

You will lead and indirectly supervise a crew, overseeing installation, removal and maintenance of access matting at customer job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specs. You will act as primary on-site leader in the absence of the Superintendent, coordinating tasks and communicating with project managers and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 4 years’ experience in manufacturing, warehouse or construction environment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steer, front loader, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and indirectly supervise a crew in safe installation, removal, and maintenance of access matting.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manage equipment and materials, and communicate with project managers and clients when the Superintendent is not on site.
• Operate heavy equipment as the primary operator for installation and removal of mats on job sites.
• Ensure work meets company standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures and work a flexible schedule including holidays.
