Job summary

Workman Labs is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative Technologist to sit on the front line of customer engagements, building custom ComfyUI workflows and PoC pipelines for Fortune 500 brands and agencies. The role blends technical depth with go-to-market and devrel work, including demos, videos, and tutorials, and requires hands-on ComfyUI experience and strong Python skills.

On-site in San Francisco, you will help close deals by translating customer problems into solutions and handing off

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ComfyUI, including shipped work and debugging.
• Creative range across image and video.
• Proficient in Python; able to read and debug others' code.
• Bonus: agency/studio/brand experience, public portfolio/GitHub, and ComfyUI open-source contributions.

Responsibilities

• Build custom workflows, demo nodes, and POC pipelines that close deals.
• Run technical discovery on sales calls; translate customer problems into solutions.
• Own implementation handoff and support until workflows ship in production.
• Create demo videos, workflow recipes, tutorials, and community posts.
• Bridge customer feedback to engineering and design for roadmap input.
