Job summary

In this role, you will work under the guidance of Construction Managers and assist in the coordination of on-site activities, ensuring the quality and timely completion of construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management preferred or at least three years of related work experience.
• Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Exposure to undesirable environmental conditions and health risks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating on-site construction activities.
• Train in M/I Homes Construction Process and perform construction tasks.
• Inspect assigned homes at various construction phases.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding questions and concerns.
• Monitor safety and company policy compliance.
