Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations seeks a Quality Control Manager to supervise on-site QC activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements. You will review documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to produce a quality product.

Qualified candidates have a B.S. in engineering or construction management and at least five years of related experience. Travel to project sites is required; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Combination of high school diploma with QC experience and certifications will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate on-site QC activities and inspections.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with specifications.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent.
• Provide daily QC reports and address non-conformances.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems.
• Maintain on-going project
• Assemble and forward project closeout documents (O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties).
• Push back when requests are outside contract scope.
