Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation has a mission-critical Project Manager Office position to lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout. The role is based on the project site for about 18–24 months per location, with projects spanning the Midwest region.

You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while collaborating with project engineering and field leadership to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area.
• Occasional Travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
• Facilitate project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
