Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of construction management experience.
• Equivalency may apply for education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the project safety plan and provides site leadership.
• Develops project controls, risk mitigation, and forecast to meet contract requirements.
• Creates and manages CPM schedule and monthly progress updates.
• Collaborates with business development to align project delivery with client needs.
