Qualifications

• Drug Testing and Credit Check are required.
• Able to lift at least 75 pounds in daily execution of job.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Monitors the completion of each construction phase through coordination, scheduling, and inspection.
• Ensures quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in accordance with Company goals.
• Acts as liaison between operations, subcontractors, and vendors.
