Job summary

Diversified Automation in Amarillo, TX seeks a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at customer installation sites, coordinating with project managers and engineers to keep projects on schedule.

You will supervise subcontractors, prepare progress reports, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, and communicate with clients to resolve issues; extensive travel across US/CA is required.

Responsibilities

• Run day to day operations at the customer installation site.
• Coordinate with project manager on job budgets, schedules, progress reports, and cost reports. Maintain documentation that reflects accurate progress.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to permit them to perform their work effectively and safely, as well as integrating it with project schedules and progress.
• Regularly communicate with our customer, including preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules.
• Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
