The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience operating concrete cutting equipment, a strong safety record, and the ability to work independently or in teams in fast-paced environments. This full-time role offers overtime, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as an operator.
• Strong mechanical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of lifting 45 lbs or more and performing physical work.
• Prioritize safety, precision, and teamwork on site.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug testing; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as walk-behind saws, hand saws, wall saws, core drills, and wire saws.
• Read and interpret job plans, measurements, and layouts.
• Set up work areas with proper ventilation, water supply, and dust control.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors and site personnel; perform general labor as needed.
