Qualifications

• Master/BS with years of experience in Computer Systems Analysis or similar field.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS and workstation support.
• Active security clearances or eligibility; US Government 8140 requirements.
• Experience with security guidelines (NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JSIG).
• Familiarity with network, software, and hardware interaction in a multi-user environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst supporting classified government contracts.
• Coordinate across disciplines to isolate issues among software, firmware, hardware, and networks.
• Maintain security, audit logs, and cybersecurity documentation as directed by ISSM.
• Assist with testing product releases for compatibility and minimal user impact.
• Support environments with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) and incident handling.
