Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience is required.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Operation Analyst.
• Candidates must have an active US Government Secret level clearance or be eligible to obtain one to remain eligible for the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Exhibits good communication skills and an energetic approach with customers.
• Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to policies.
• Report task statuses as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format.
• Begin supporting working across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, and between networks and applications.
• Follow documented technical processes and procedures as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining security audit and logging information on all classified networked and standalone computers as directed by the ISSM.
