Job summary

Rocktech Systems in Chesterfield, MI is seeking a CNC Programmer for a full-time, on-site role. You will create, review, and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining, interpreting drawings, selecting tools, and setting up jobs to meet specifications.

You will collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to ensure production schedules are met, while maintaining safety and quality standards. CAM software and CNC control experience (Fanuc/Haas) are a plus.

Qualifications

CNC programming and programming skills for machining applications.
Machining and milling skills to support precise manufacturing processes.
Technical drawing skills to interpret blueprints and engineering specs.
Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas or similar) and CAM software is beneficial.
Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and shop safety practices is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaborative shop-floor work are important.
Prior experience as a CNC programmer or machinist with a relevant technical certificate or diploma is advantageous.
