Job summary

Avacare, an SMO backed by IQVIA, seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage 2–6 trials on-site in Elkhorn, Nebraska. You’ll perform vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and lab processing while coordinating study activities and regulatory documentation.

You will collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and monitors, mentor junior staff, and leverage CTMS/eCRFs and Microsoft Office to ensure quality and compliance in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and processing lab specimens.
• Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process.
• CRC I: 1–3 years at a clinical investigative site; CRC II: 3+ years at a clinical investigative site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–6 trials of varying complexity and lead study coordination from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors and monitors while ensuring study integrity.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and site audits.
