Software Placement Group in San Leandro, CA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical care. You will evaluate patients, develop and manage treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT education, active California licensure, CPR, and strong clinical problem-solving and communication. On-site work with relocation and education support provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure in California.
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
