Job summary

Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls is seeking a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position supports oncology services across infusion locations and partners with nursing and medical staff to optimize patient safety and medication use.

Required are a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with Idaho licensure; experience in oncology pharmacy and hospital operations. PGY2 Oncology and board certification are preferred, with benefits and a supportive rural care environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with Idaho licensure or eligibility.
• PGY2 Oncology preferred; board certification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years as a practicing pharmacist with oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of oncology pharmacy services across infusion locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and formulary maintenance for oncology drugs.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to optimize patient safety.
• Participate in CQI and performance improvement activities.
