Job summary

Heartbeat Health is seeking an experienced Echo & Vascular Technologist to join our clinical services team. You will perform on-site transthoracic echocardiograms in partnership with our clients within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This role requires independence, strong patient care, and the ability to travel between sites throughout the week. A RDCS credential is required, RVT preferred, and a 2-year accredited Ultrasound Technology degree. This is a 1099 contractor position.

Qualifications

• Must hold RDCS credential and be registered in Cardiac Sonography.
• RVT registration preferred but not required.
• Accredited 2-year degree in Ultrasound Technology or allied health.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms independently.
• Perform abdominal aorta, upper and lower extremity arterial or venous ultrasound, venous insufficiency or reflux exams, carotid, IVC or iliac duplex studies.
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the week to perform echos onsite.
• Follow standard protocols to ensure accurate and complete studies.

Education

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer

Registered Vascular Sonographer (preferred)

Ultrasound Technology degree (2-year Accredited program)
