Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year in office coordination or site operations.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication skills with parents, staff, students, and vendors.
• Ability to own campus operations with sound decisions across safety, facilities, and logistics.
• Calm under pressure with strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, drills, incidents, and documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations: attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Assist onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Serve as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator for campus devices.
