Job summary

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events in North Carolina. Staff can assign themselves to local events via our scheduling system and receive pre-event training on LES protocols.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, fingerstick screening, COVID-19 testing, and ensuring accurate data capture while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Training and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have valid medical credentials and be able to pass a criminal background check
• Minimum 1 year venipuncture experience; at least 100 successful draws in last 6 months
• Proficient in taking blood pressure and knowledgeable about HIPAA/OSHA
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture blood draws and prepare specimens for testing
• Conduct participant biometric screenings including BP, BMI, and body fat analysis
• Perform COVID-19 PCR and rapid testing, and temperature checks as needed
• Capture participant information and screening results accurately and maintain privacy
