Job summary

Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, seeks a Full Time Case Manager for the ICMS - Union program in Cranford, NJ. This on-site role includes outreach in Essex & Union counties and hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities include providing linkage and referral services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and completing biopsychosocial assessments for new client admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• 1-2 years of related experience and a valid driver's license.
