Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a full-time Automotive Technician to work on-site in Temple, TX. The role involves performing routine maintenance such as inspections and oil changes, and diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues across a wide range of vehicle systems.

You will document all services performed, use shop equipment and diagnostic tools, and collaborate with team members to deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in vehicle maintenance and repair across various makes/models.
• Proficient in oil changes and routine service procedures.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Knowledge of suspension systems and related inspection/repair capabilities.
• Previous professional shop experience as automotive technician.
• Skilled with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety practices, and customer service.
• ASE certifications and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, stand for long periods, and lift moderate weights.
