Job summary

Xcite Automotive is hiring Entry level and experienced Field Customer Service roles. As a Frontliner you will travel to automotive dealerships, capturing vehicle images and videos using company equipment to support marketing and reconditioning services.

You will work outdoors, communicate with dealers daily, and help manage 15+ vehicles per day. Benefits include paid training, equipment provided, paid vacation and holidays, and a competitive hourly rate with daily bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background check including motor vehicle record will be completed.
• Some manual transmission experience might be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to automotive dealerships to capture high-quality vehicle photos, videos and 360 tours using company-provided equipment.
• Assist with marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and related services.
• Maintain daily communication with dealers, providing status updates for each service visit.
• Service 15 or more vehicles per day and build trusted partnerships with dealerships.
