Job summary

Piedmont Door Solutions is seeking an Automatic Door Repair and Install Technician for our Baltimore, MD branch, supporting VA and MD. You will repair, maintain, and install doors in commercial settings, with training, tools, and vehicles provided.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds and work at heights. Benefits include 401(k) matching and health insurance, with hourly pay $25–$45 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess an unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools.
• Preference for background in carpentry, electric, military, HVAC or similar.
• Background check and drug screen required; flu and other vaccinations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products.
• Proactively assist in projects with autonomy to drive success.
• Learn techniques from trainer and grow existing skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite with attention to workmanship.
• Order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services.
