Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial planning and personal financial planning with ability to tailor recommendations.
• Pursuing CFP or strong interest in obtaining CFP.
• Finance-related degree with strong quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of retirement planning and qualified plans.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in developing comprehensive financial plans.
• Analyze client data and prepare plan summaries and recommendations.
• Assist with client presentations and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records in financial planning software.
• Monitor client portfolios and implement plan recommendations.
• Conduct research on financial products, tax and retirement strategies, and regulatory changes to support high-quality advice.
