Barge Properties, a longtime Texas real estate manager, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for on-site support at Toscana Apartments in Bedford, TX. This full-time role emphasizes organized operations, resident relations, and leasing coordination to keep our communities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to juggle priorities while learning from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related real estate/hospitality.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and property operations.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented with a customer-service mindset.
• Organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a friendly contact for residents.
• Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and recordkeeping in AppFolio.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Help conduct property inspections and support improvement projects.
• Assist with vendor coordination, contracts, and service agreements.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Help manage operations across multiple properties while staying organized.
