Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee estimating, scheduling, procurement, and management of distribution and transmission construction projects. The role supports baseline scheduling, progress tracking, cost reporting, and maintains positive customer relationships on master service agreements.

The ideal candidate will develop advanced skills, work independently, and contribute to profitable project outcomes while coordinating with field operations and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in construction (utility preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project/Primavera scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects per Pike Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure trust among parties.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material procurement.
• Apply change control and risk management processes.
• Produce thorough estimates of projects prior to construction.
• Provide performance feedback to operations and field management.
