Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an Assembler I for a 6-month, on-site assignment in Phoenix, AZ. You will assemble electrical and mechanical components and subassemblies, following blueprints to meet exact product specifications.

Preferred candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED and have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely completion, with potential overtime and first-shift hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, assemble, rework, verify, test, and inspect electrical and mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Work from process work instructions and test procedures to meet quality requirements and document related activities.
• Follow production build rates/schedules and meet cycle times.
• Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other devices as required.
• Promote a team-based, product-focused environment and participate in safety and preventative maintenance programs.
• Assemble cartons/containers and prepare products for shipment per specifications.
• Maintain set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality checks for own work area and records.
