Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an App Developer to support a national leading aerospace and global security program. The role is fully on site in Herndon, VA, with opportunities for long-term growth and career development within a team of highly accomplished software developers.

Required qualifications include an active TS/SCI or TS clearance, 2+ years in Java and 2+ years in front-end or full-stack development. Knowledge of XML, DevSecOps, Angular or Kubernetes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI or Top Secret clearance required.
• 2+ years of experience in Java.
• 2+ years in front-end or full-stack development.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Angular, or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Ability to work with XML.
• Proven experience in COTS/FOSS integration and support.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Apply standards, processes, and tools across the development life cycle.
• Develop software using knowledge of hardware, software, and user needs to meet mission requirements.
• Correct program errors, document development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent and output requirements.
• Ensure software standards are defined and met.
