Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking an Adhesives Manufacturing Technician in Twinsburg, OH. This on-site role operates 1st shift from 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m., starting by reviewing work orders and preparing raw materials and packaging. You will run processing equipment, conduct initial testing, verify labels, and package finished goods to meet quality standards. You’ll maintain a safe, clean work area, follow EHS rules, and report to the Production Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, processes, safety rules, and quality procedures.
• Willing and able to work shifts.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) for recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare raw materials/packaging; record start/finish times and report variances.
• Operate production equipment per process instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor equipment to sustain target run rates.
• Conduct initial testing to confirm product meets specifications before release.
• Inspect labels and packaging materials; apply labels accurately per guidelines.
• Package finished products to quality requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with EHS rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor.
