This in-office program emphasizes hands-on training, observing engagements, meeting deadlines, and building professional relationships. You will develop practical skills, learn GAAP basics, and gain experience that supports a career in public accounting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• GPA 3.0+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state tax returns
• Assist with accounting and financial statement engagements
• Conduct tax research and document workpapers
• Review financial statements for accuracy
• Identify engagement issues and communicate with seniors
• Maintain organized tax files and documentation
