• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities
• Monitor expenses, support budgeting, and ensure timely financial updates
• Partner with internal teams to maintain accuracy in financial data and documentation
