Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or public-facing roles is a plus.
• May require state security license depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent and detect security issues.
• Control site access by checking IDs, badges, and visitor logs.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a professional manner.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and procedures.
