Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is urgently hiring a General Laborer / On-Route Trash Collector for a 5:30am start, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. You will support drivers on residential routes, loading waste and assisting with curb-to-truck transfers, while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The role is full-time, no diploma or prior experience required, and offers growth opportunities, company PPE, health benefits after 90 days, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fitness test required
• Background check required
• Drug screen required
• Reliable transportation to work
• Follow schedules and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and providing support
• Load refuse and bags into the truck; carry trash bags and containers to the truck
• Ride on the vehicle to service residential customers on a designated route
• Operate packing mechanism and controls to load equipment
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials during collection
• Uphold productivity standards and keep vehicle and work area clean
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned
