Job summary

Specialized Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team (START) is seeking reliable test drivers in Michigan to evaluate pre-production and production vehicles on public roads. You will document detailed findings, drive 8–10 hours on assigned routes, and adhere to safety procedures in all conditions.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds and pass background checks and drug screening. Shifts include early and late options, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license for 5+ years with a clean record (no DUI/DWAI).
• Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete a full vehicle evaluation and document findings in a clear report for each vehicle.
• Drive on designated routes for 8–10 hours per shift while performing test procedures.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner and follow all road laws.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and adapt to weather conditions.
