U-Haul Transfer Driver position in Norfolk, VA, involves transporting equipment between centers and the repair shop, performing inspections, and maintaining a driver log while supporting a fast-paced moving operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate mobile transfer programs.
• DOT certification if required may be sponsored by U-Haul.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
