Job summary

Brundage Mountain is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to maintain public areas and facilities during the winter season. The role involves indoor and outdoor work, flexible hours, and potential for either part-time or full-time schedules.

As a team member, you will clean and sanitize facilities, stock supplies, follow health & safety protocols, and may cross-train in other maintenance tasks on mountain property. Experience is not required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to interact with guests.
• Good communication; able to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds safely.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing all facility areas on a regular schedule throughout the day
• Monitor and maintain stock of supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas
• Present a proactive attitude toward health safety for guests and employees
• Must follow and help enforce health safety protocols
• Carry out special projects with supervisor on some occasions
• Clean Employee Housing and other off-site locations
• Opportunity to cross-train in a variety of other facilities and grounds keeping work depending on experience and interests
