Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, WV is hiring for a full-time, year-round Warehouse & Inventory Clerk. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record, plus forklift certification within 3 months.

You will receive on-mountain employee housing options and start date is hiring now. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting inventory, maintaining accuracy, coordinating shipments, operating forklifts, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• 1 year previous work experience.
• 3 years driving vehicle with clean record.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record and forklift operator’s certificate within 3 months of hire date.
• Must pass propane dispenser quiz and obtain certificate of instruction within 3 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and deliveries with accurate records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across locations through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and distribution to support resort operations.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Transport inventory and supplies to departments around the resort.
• Provide warehouse counter service and support internal departments with requests.
• Receive, sort, track, and distribute packages and mail for employees and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and local suppliers.
• Monitor fuel inventory and support fueling system operations.
• Maintain clean, secure warehouse facilities and storage areas.
• Handle propane cylinders following safety procedures and regulations.
• Support environmental compliance activities and water sampling documentation.
• Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and departments to ensure service.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
