Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector to provide on-the-floor quality oversight, ensuring GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity across manufacturing, packaging and distribution. You will support batch release, documentation control and compliance with FDA regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical quality assurance or GMP auditing, and the ability to travel to facilities for inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharma quality assurance or GMP auditing experience.
• On-the-floor quality oversight and inspections in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in GMP, GDP, GLP and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Issue batch records per production schedule and perform potency calculations.
• Line clearance and batch readiness assessments with verification of documentation and equipment status.
• Review Environmental Monitoring data for compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review equipment logbooks and batch records to ensure adherence to GDP, GMP and Data Integrity.
• Prepare batch records and perform first release of batches.
• QA review and approval of non-routine workorders in SAP.
• Draft, revise and review Quality Assurance SOPs and deviation reports to ensure clarity and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct weekly quality surveillance activities and support audits and inspections.
