Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring for a Teammate – On Field Operations to help deliver a seamless athlete experience across the sales floor. You will support merchandising, product availability, pricing and signage while ensuring the store is organized, accurate and ready to meet athlete needs at all times.

Starting pay is targeted between $15.00 and $22.00 per hour, with the actual rate depending on location, experience and position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, understand their needs and provide helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and financing options.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and external regulations (including ATF requirements).
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
