Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of four hours per week on-site.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with sustainable agriculture or food systems preferred.
• Experience with hand tools or lawn care preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work in varied weather and meet task goals.
• Reliable transportation to and from the farm.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and field support to the Farm Manager and Commons Cohort Manager.
• Assist in day-to-day farm site maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Support staff for events and engage with farmers during training sessions.
• Occasional support with other Community Gardens or Natural Lands programs.
