Job summary

Rapid Medical seeks an On-Demand Medical Courier for Nebraska/Iowa. This 1099 contractor role covers M-F, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with dispatch support and guaranteed daily pay via the driver app.

You’ll need a current driver’s license, a vehicle in good condition (SUV preferred), active auto insurance, and be 21+. You must lift up to 25 lbs and pass an MVR check. Uniform and onboarding support are provided, plus a $300 sign-on bonus and weekly bonuses up to $25, with daily payout options.

Qualifications

• Requires 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date registration.
• Active auto insurance in your name.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review applies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch covers urgent deliveries across the network.
• Document pickups and deliveries with photos and proof of delivery via app.
• Maintain proper temperature control for specimens (room temp, refrigerated, frozen).
• Report issues to dispatch immediately.
• Complete onboarding including HIPAA training and specimen handling.
