Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, physically demanding retail environment requiring teamwork and problem solving.
• Willingness to work as On-Demand Team Member and to pick up shifts via the myTime app.
• Must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests at various touchpoints.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with stocking, cashiering, presentation and price accuracy across departments.
• Process inbound deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, backroom organization, and safety compliance.
• Support back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up duties as needed.
