• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and help them find items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Support team members and keep a clean, organized workspace during shifts.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with app features and services.
