As part of Target's guest advocacy team, you will be trained to guide guests, promote services, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment while delivering efficient assistance and friendly checkout experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft distances and engage helpfully.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate a service culture and operate handheld scanners.
