Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests in our store and build a welcoming experience. The On-Demand TM role offers a personalized schedule, with shifts posted by leaders or teammates and the need to respond promptly.

You will greet customers, assist with products, manage checkout, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Training begins with orientation and ongoing coaching as you become part of the Target team.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and friendly attitude.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining positivity.
• Scan and bag items accurately and in compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with enrollment and sign-in.
