Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver exceptional guest service and assist with a variety of store tasks. You will engage with guests, guide them through products and services, and help sustain a welcoming store environment.

Flexibility is required to work a shift-based schedule, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to ensure success and adherence to Target policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced store environment.
• Willing to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with handling store merchandise and basic scanning.
• Capable of following checkout and service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks and store needs.
• Assist with product information and store services to enhance guest experience.
• Participate in drives to promote loyalty programs and available services.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during shifts.
