Job summary

Target in Wilsonville, OR is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences and store operations. You will engage with guests, help them find items, and process transactions with a friendly, efficient approach.

This role offers a flexible schedule with shifts posted by store leaders via the myTime app. Training will be provided, and regular attendance is required to maintain eligibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team members and other areas as needed to maintain a positive environment
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately following safety and policy standards
• Promote and explain Target loyalty benefits and enrollment to guests
• Be familiar with all fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them
• Explain Wallet and other Target App features to guests
• Handle returns via register prompts and collaborate with leaders to resolve issues
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience as needed
• Deliver accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in training
• Support guest services and comply with laws/regulations
• All other duties based on business needs
